What's in a Nelson's Box

Every boxed lunch starts with a sandwich and your choice of two sides. All hand-made in our kitchen in Springfield.

Choose from 10 sandwiches, from Honey Smoked Ham and Smoked Turkey to the Carve Master, Italian Combo, Nelson’s Chicken Salad, and Roast Beef. Prices range from $15 to $18, and every sandwich can be made as a wrap.

Choose two sides for the order: Macaroni & Cheddar Salad, Assorted Kettle Chips, Fresh Fruit Salad, American Potato Salad, Italian Rotini Pasta Salad, Whole Fresh Fruit, Creamy Cole Slaw, or a Gourmet Cookie.

Boxed lunches can be individually packed or trayed and include condiments, cutlery, and a napkin. Beverages are ordered separately. Gluten-free bread is available for $1 more, and other dietary accommodations are available on request.

A few notes on our boxed lunch menu:

  • For boxed lunches, choose up to four sandwich types and two sides for the order. All sandwiches can be made as wraps, and gluten-free bread is available for $1 more.
  • Delivery is available for orders of 25 or more guests. Delivery fees vary based on your order total and distance from our Springfield kitchen.

We also offer pickup, delivery with setup, and full-service catering.

Dietary Needs

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options and can accommodate most dietary requests. Gluten-free bread is available for $1 more on sandwiches.

Note: Our kitchen is not nut-free and is not halal- or kosher-certified, so please let us know about any dietary needs when you order.

Service Available 24/7

And if you need more than office lunch, we’re ready. We regularly work with companies that need meals delivered to different locations, buildings, or shifts. If first shift eats at 11:00 and third shift eats at midnight, we can make a plan that works for your business.
We offer this service for manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, hospitals, offices, and other workplaces where feeding a team often means working around different shifts and schedules.
